The purpose of this research is to investigate customer dependency and constructivist innovation considering the moderating role of organizational culture among sports information manufacturers in Tehran metropolis. All assumptions are confirmed. The present study is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the study. The statistical population of this study includes sport information producers in Tehran, which has a total population of 480 sports information producers in this study. The random cluster sampling method is simple. The sample size is based on Morgan's table and Cochran's formula with a 0.05 error of 213 people. Reliability and validity of the research questionnaire has been confirmed. The software used in this research is smart pls. Findings indicate that customer dependency has a negative relationship with constructive innovation, and also increasing the orientation of performance and increasing competition leads to increased constructive innovation. On the other hand, a stronger performance orientation will strengthen the negative relationship between customer affiliation and constructivist innovation, and stronger competition reduces the negative relationship between customer depndency and constructive innovation.

The purpose of this study was to study the role of organizational culture in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The research is in terms of data collection, correlation and purposeful application. The statistical population of the study was the staff of sport media in the city of Zahedan who was counted. Data collection tools consisted of three transformational leadership questionnaires Bernard & Bess (1985), organizational citizenship behavior (Oregon et al., 1997) and Organizer Cultural Inventory (2000). To resubmit research questionnaires, the convergent and divergent validity and combination reliability and their alpha-coronbach were confirmed. The fitting of the model of measurement, structural and general model was verified by partial least squares method and PLS software. The coefficients of F2, Q2, and R2 and GOF were in the acceptable range. The results of the test showed that the significance coefficients of T-value and z-value (Sobel test) are outside the range of the absolute value of 27.2. With a confidence of 0.99%, direct and indirect relationships between variables are significant. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational and organizational citizenship behavior. The leadership of Afrin's transformation has a very strong and positive relationship with organizational culture. Organizational culture also causes organizational citizenship behaviors in the organization, and these two variables have a positive and constructive relationship. Ultimately, organizational culture plays a role as an intermediary in the relationship between leadership of Afrin's transformation and organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of modern knowledge management processes in the strategy of sustainable competitive advantage among sports media staffs in Isfahan province. To investigate this, a major hypothesis and six partial hypotheses have been developed. The main hypothesis deals with the role of modern knowledge management processes in sustaining competitive advantage; and partial assumptions about the role of the dimensions of modern knowledge management processes (knowledge identification - the goals of cognitive science-knowledge production- Knowledge storage - Knowledge sharing - Knowledge use) in a sustainable competitive advantage. All assumptions were confirmed and their rates for the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses are 0.34 and 0.38, 0.41, 0.41, 0.38, 0.33, 0.40 respectively. The present study is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of data collection. The statistical population of this research is the sports media staff in Isfahan province with a population of 580 people. The sampling method is simple random. The sample size is 231 according to Morgan's table. By increasing one unit in knowledge management processes, the sustained competitive advantage will increase 0.34 units. If the organization needs to be knowledgeable and appropriate to the needs of the community and industry, identify the knowledge needed and target it, and adapt to that appropriate strategy and produce the required knowledge, then this knowledge will be stored in the enterprise memory and be exposed to those who need that knowledge and practice, and this can be the leading media organization that has a competitive edge in offering competition with other media organizations in the country. Each organization, according to its location in the local sector, should focus on other areas of science on its indigenous and regional knowledge. Knowledge and effective use of it and quick acquisition and use of new knowledge are the only sources of sustainable competitive advantage.

The study of the relationship between distributed style style strategy, organizational citizenship behavior at group level, self-efficacy and trust in organization in the form of a hypothesized pattern. The research method was descriptive-correlational. For collecting data, a survey method and four valid and reliable questionnaires were used. The total staff of the sports media of Ilam province (N = 136) comprised a population that was selected by using a Morgan table of 103 people by random sampling in a proportional volume. In order to test the hypothesis of the research, the path analysis was performed using PLS VISUAL software. The relationship between distributed style and organizational citizenship behavior at the level of the group is indirect and through the two variables, the sense of self-efficacy and trust in the organization is explained at 45%. The strategy of distributed leadership style as the most innovative and recent style of leadership style is a good predictor of occurrence of citizenship behaviors at group level, which is the primary outcome of distributed leadership style strategy, change in employee trust and self-efficacy. These two variables As mediators, the relationship between distributed leadership strategy and citizenship behaviors affects the level of the group.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between genuine leadership and organizational disclosure with regard to the mediating role of psychological safety and personal recognition among sports media staff. The present study was a descriptive-survey research based on the purpose of the study. The statistical population of this research included all sports media staff in Isfahan province with a population of 346 people. The sample size was 182 according to Morgan's table. A standard and indigenous questionnaire has been used and the reliability and validity of the research questionnaires have been approved. Using SMART PLS 3 software, the analysis has been done with structural equation approach. In line with the research objective, three hypotheses have been developed that examine the relationship between genuine leadership and organizational disclosure and the role of psychological safety and personal recognition as a mediator variable in the relationship between genuine leadership and organizational disclosure. It needs to be explained that all the research hypotheses were approved and reported as 0.28, 0.36 and 0.31, respectively. Findings show that the main leadership is related to organizational disclosure, and two variables of psychological safety and personal cognition play a mediating role in this regard. The noble leadership can play an important role in this area, awakening the conscience and organizational voice, and ultimately an organizational disclosure. Any deviation and mistake in the vision and mission from the formulation and implementation of organizational strategies and programs will ultimately reduce the attention of individuals towards genuine leadership and organizational disclosure, and the attention of individuals will depend on the implementation and proper formulation of the programs of sports media organizations in other sectors, which requires psychological safety and the personal recognition of individuals from the leader.

In this research we intend to analyze the effective factors on the efficiency of the communicative network of distributing sport goods in Ilam. Method: The research is practical from the goal perspective and is descriptive from the nature point of view and is survey from method perspective. The intended population is 1200 persons. The considered sample is over than 291 persons regarding the Krejcei and Morgan table. (The amount of the Cronbach’s alpha is acceptable for all variables). Concluding: For analyzing the research’s aim, 8 partial assumptions were made which factors such as increment of the human force’s skill and expertise, market research and developing the infrastructures of distribution and transportation of sport goods play an effective role in the efficiency of the communicative network of distributing sport goods and cause cost reduction and increment of the quality of the communicative network of distributing sport goods. The least effective factors are targeted advertisement (r=0.541) and distribution channel shortening (r-0.564) and other factors (strong national brand, using modern technology, reinforcing the distribution network’s clusters) are in the range of 0.7 to 0.8. (Totally it should be said that all analyzed factors have strong effect on the efficiency of the communicative network of distributing sport goods).
